5 Questions You Must Ask Your Customers

MantaManta.com just published a great post with 5 questions you must ask your customers – knowing your customer base is critical to successful marketing, and most of us don’t do it! Surveys are a great way to get to know what works.

The questions in Manta’s survey are:

1. How did you hear about us?

2. What was your main reason for choosing us?

3. What is one thing we do really well for you?

4. Is there anything we could do better?

5. On a scale of 1 to 10, how likely are you to refer a friend or colleague to us, where 1 is not likely at all and 10 is extremely likely?
